You will be charged 100% of the Boat Rental Total at

time of reservation.

Security Deposit (Pre-Authorization) charged separately:

Will be charged at time of rental to credit card on file.

Security Deposit is refundable at end of rental.

Must follow safety rules and return boat on time with all equipment,

undamaged.

Cancellation Policy:

There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all cancellations.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to rental in order to be eligible for a full refund minus cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 29-14 days prior to rental in order to be eligible for a 50% refund minus cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within the 14 day period prior to rental will not be eligible for a refund.

Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full rental rate.

Cancellations must be made over the phone and through direct

contact with our staff.

Any Cancellations made via email or left as a phone message that

is not verified are invalid.

No exceptions.

LATE RETURN FEE OF $50 per hour

Prices DO NOT include fuel. The rental boat fuel tank will be full at time of pick up and the renter is responsible for fuel used.

Renter must have valid driver’s license and credit card

matching reservation info when picking up rental.

MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT

If born on or after January 1, 1999 you must have a Maine Boaters License

NO PETS, SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES ON ANY

RENTALS

THE OPERATER IS PROHIBITED FROM CONSUMING ALCOHOL AND MAY NOT BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE

PER FEDERAL LAW, CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 11 ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A LIFE JACKET.

This is a family-owned and operated business.

We reserve the right to terminate a rental if we see, hear, or get reports of the vessel

being used unsafely.
